Make a Difference Today
The Center for Maternal Health Advancement is dedicated to advancing maternal and women’s health across the lifespan—from menstruation to menopause—through research, innovation, education, policy engagement, and community collaboration.
Building on a nationally recognized foundation in Black maternal health, the Center works to improve outcomes, reduce disparities, strengthen systems of care, and advance respectful, evidence-based approaches that support women and families at every stage of life.
With your help, we can
- Foster academic and community-engaged research that advances maternal and women’s health outcomes and addresses longstanding disparities in care.
- Inform and support evidence-based policies that strengthen women’s health infrastructure, improve access to quality care, and support healthier families and communities.
- Serve as a workforce development and learning hub for students, clinicians, researchers, and public health professionals through education, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Partner with communities, healthcare systems, innovators, and stakeholders to advance meaningful, systems-level change locally and nationwide.
- Elevate research, lived experiences, and emerging solutions that drive progress in maternal and women’s health while helping shape a more responsive and accountable healthcare landscape.
